Anonymous asked: Hello dear Felix. I know that this question is stupid but can you give me any advice? My mother, an inveterate alcoholic and often drunk and then occur incidents. What do I do? My name is Nastya I am 14.
Hello, Nastya! I’m not PewDie, but I’ll attempt to give you advice, nevertheless.
If your mum’s ever sober, I want you to have a conversation with her. Address her problem first and foremost, address your concerns for her life and for your own. If she is not willing to listen, find an adult. Talk with them, see if they can help calm you down or suggest something along the lines of an alcohol-recovery program.
When your mother is drunk, I suggest you hide all the breakable objects. Keep an eye on her, but make sure you do nothing that instigates her into arguments. Alcoholics have impaired judgment, and they will be very reckless with the lives of the people around them, not to mention themselves.
Try and help them get treatment for the times when she is sober. Try to talk to her and get her to liston, Nastya. Support treatment for her alcoholism, because it’ll help her greatly. :)
I wish the best of luck to you, Nastya. <3
